GiftCrew is for people 13 and older, so there are no child accounts or child profiles. Teens 13 and up can join your private family group with their own account. There are no public profiles and no messaging with strangers — people only see the groups they've joined. How many family members can join a group?
Every group holds up to 50 members on any plan — more than enough for most families. For a very large extended family, create a group for each branch. Free accounts can be in up to 3 groups and Pro accounts up to 20.
Can I create separate groups for different sides of the family?
Yes, that's encouraged. Create separate groups for immediate family, your partner's family, the cousins group — whatever structure works for your family.
