Questions
How does the free trial work?
Pro comes with a free trial the first time you subscribe. You add a card at checkout, and you aren't charged if you cancel before the trial ends. After that, Pro renews at the price shown above.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Manage subscription (on Android, from Google Play). Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.
What happens if I go back to Free?
Nothing is deleted. You keep every item and group, but you can't add more until you're under the Free limits of 5 items and 3 groups. Gift chat turns off in groups you own, and AI credits you still have stay usable until they expire.
Who gets gift chat?
Chat follows the group's owner. When the owner has Pro, everyone in that group can use gift chat, whatever plan they're on. The person whose wishlist is being discussed never sees it.
How do AI gift ideas work?
They suggest items for your own wishlist, based on what's already on it, your interests and your birthday month. Each month you use them on Pro, 3 credits are added to your balance. Credits you don't use roll over and stay valid for 12 months.
Monthly or yearly?
Both are the same Pro. Yearly is billed once a year and costs less per month.
